Covid update (stitch, 5 min)
- go / no go is re-evaluated - stricter measurements may provide freedoms to the future - We're continuing organizing, so if there is a chance for an event, we can have one

Team updates
Team Deco (Hoxolotl 1 minute)
we are using Signal for direct communication we started a floorplan started pages on https://wiki.mch2021.org/Team:Deco we might have a dragonhttps://scalesproject.nl/index.html we will have a large lightsculpture made from tarps we have contact with Design folks and there is plenty of overlap (yay!) we have a mailing list (without letters so far).
Team:sysadmin
First meeting to know each other, and start working together.
Terrain & Mobelhaus
Planning, what can fit into a tent / order for villages will come via ticket system. Villages is a todo.
Action: Tables and chairs question will be sent out by Lumi Chan Action: Redlizard will send out a question per team how much space they need

In the running to setup the tender for providers/rental companies. Still waiting for bar and party stage, then we have to wait till the reactions come to the tent. c3voc is on track :)
Terrain
We have started working on designing an overall site layout. In the process of sending mails to teams where they want to be. Listing constraints for covid safety and traffic management.
Power
Team is nice in size. Working on mid voltage power / transformer still.
Volunteering
Always needs more people.
Angel system, a test of it, will be available at the end of the year. Otherwise we can use the angelsystem that we used last time.
