Sourdough starter giveaway together with training how to take care of it. During the session we will discuss how to feed it, how often, and how to recognize signs of spoilage.
If you ever wanted to start working with a sourdough, this is s chance to acquire an old and stable culture. It can be left in the fridge for up to 2 months without feeding. It is a wheat-spelt-rye mix, you can convert to any grain you want.
