Porto's and (dect) phones

requested two dmr porto's plus speakermics DONE [Sim]: inquire with poc for dedicated phones in the main tents (with cords, that always work except in case of network failure) (or equivalent)

AV equipment

DONE: we should contact team productiehuis to figure out AV possibilities: last time we used a big TV and a set of speakers + microphone --> stef wil contact for a big screen, speakers and microphone

Blog post

DONE: Create blog posting that is also an email for all parents: With: help us organize, create plans, create workshops --> haakjes will start this and ask for input from the rest of the team DONE: Create blog about the vacation schedule, integrate expectation management here as well --> haakjes will incorporate this with the blog posting

Child care

We have an proposal:

   Ruimte in de tent, hoeveel? requirements?
   TODO: Via hp197 van finance voor accoord  finance at mch2021.org, dan accoord geven
   TODO: parkeerruimte voor 2 auto's regelen
   TODO: checken voor lunch -> de kids need to eat too, so maybe just get some stuff from supermarket? (or maybe plan a pancake party with the help of some parents? -> will arrange on-site)
   No pre-registration, just a paper form to enroll on site.
