To make applying the texts fast and easy, the words will be cut out as a whole (not separate letters) and then spray-painted.&lt;br /&gt;

Additionally, there will be spray-painted (in temporary road paint, also known as chalk paint) lettering and signage on the tarmac of the main road. There will also be decorative patterns. These, too, will be done with stencils. Netsmurf is ordering the paint for this.&lt;br /&gt;

The goal of this project is to provide a Analog HAM Radio repeater for the visitors of MCH2022. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A repeater is a radio appliance that listens on one frequency, and rebroadcasts whatever it is receiving on another frequency. Placing a repeater in a central location with more power allows people to broadcast on a much wider scale than direct communication.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This repeater will operate in the HAM Radio band, meaning that it can be used by licensed operators. There was a lot of interest in this in previous meetings, so we would like to make this happen!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Halcyon (Tom) has organised events for over a decade, and started the HackZone hacker field at the yearly 11-day CampZone event in 2015. Sha2017 was his first Dutch hacker camp, and he fell in love with them immediately. He is one of the people behind badge.team: a group that makes electronic badges for a bunch of hacker events. During the day he's a firmware engineer at Ultimaker R&amp;amp;D, and at night he likes to hack on funky electronics. Halcyon is a firm believer in social equality and freedom of information.&lt;br /&gt;

Netsmurf (Jeroen) has organized events since HAL and started out there as a general volunteer. Volunteered for the NOC teams of WtH, OHM, EMF, CCC Camp and Congres for the last few times. Joined PL for SHA2017/MCH2021 and now again for MCH2022. His hobbies are diving &amp;amp; paragliding, working with wood and he enjoy organizing awesome events with all the nice volunteers. His day jobs are managing his companies, building/maintaining/troubleshooting large ISP networks and trading in IP addresses. Netsmurf believes in equal rights and opportunities for everyone and paying it forward.&lt;br /&gt;

Rizoom (Janneke) got involved with hacker events in 2017 when she met Stitch, who introduced her to the scene. It was love at first sight. Janneke strongly believes in inclusivity and being excellent to each other. Halcyon (Tom) has organised events for over a decade, and started the HackZone hacker field at the yearly 11-day CampZone event in 2015. Sha2017 was his first Dutch hacker camp, and he fell in love with them immediately. He is one of the people behind badge.team: a group that makes electronic badges for a bunch of hacker events. During the day he's a firmware engineer at Ultimaker R&amp;amp;D, and at night he likes to hack on funky electronics. Halcyon is a firm believer in social equality and freedom of information.&lt;br /&gt;

Netsmurf (Jeroen) has organized events since HAL and started out there as a general volunteer. Volunteered for the NOC teams of WtH, OHM, EMF, CCC Camp and Congres for the last few times. Joined PL for SHA2017/MCH2021 and now again for MCH2022. His hobbies are diving &amp;amp; paragliding, working with wood and he enjoy organizing awesome events with all the nice volunteers. His day jobs are managing his companies, building/maintaining/troubleshooting large ISP networks and trading in IP addresses. Netsmurf believes in equal rights and opportunities for everyone and paying it forward.&lt;br /&gt;

Rizoom (Janneke) got involved with hacker events in 2017 when she met Stitch, who introduced her to the scene. It was love at first sight. At SHA2017 she was lead of the Cohesion team, a position that fits in well with her professional background as a coach and scrum master, and her experience in counseling. Janneke strongly believes in inclusivity and being excellent to each other. In the day time she switches around between technical software testing and social roles in IT teams and in her free time, she loves to pursue creative projects from sewing to tinkering.&lt;br /&gt;

They had to incur several major blows in cancelled events which where not refunded, they had little to no turnover and had to let the majority of their workforce go (giving them a lot of uncertainty as well). MCH has not decided yet if this is a viable option. Some of the major downsides is the low price for the ticket today, as well as price inflation over three years. However, sponsoring on the events has always been a very active discussion since our community doesn't like a heavy commercial events. MCH2022 is a non-profit event with a non-commercial identity. For a successful event, specific projects and teams, contributions in the form of sponsoring and donations are nonetheless necessary. This sponsoring policy covers the whole event, including villages. We accept sponsoring from commercial entities both in cash and 'in kind' (meaning concrete goods and services). For either of the options we are looking for organisations that have a proven track record of having a good fit with our community and its values.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We will evaluate sponsors on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they meet the aforementioned requirements. Any sponsoring agreement will include a back-out facility for the MCH2022 organising entity (IFCAT foundation) if the sponsor turns out to be detrimental to the event and/or the values it represents. Regardless of the sponsor or donor, we will not allow for any reciprocal obligations regarding either the organisation or content of the event. Branding such as logos and naming will be limited to the website, booklet and other predefined places like a team presentation or the MCH2022 badge. Commercial branding and presence on the field (like recruitment activities, banners, flyers) is generally frowned upon in the community and will therefor be very limited and only after permission from the MCH2022 organisation.&lt;br /&gt;
