Matthewcroughan: Add instructions on how to use OSM map sources to access the map via OsmAnd for mobile users

It is possible to use OsmAnd to navigate the camp by adding the map sources via Configure Map > Map Source > Add and using '''https://maps.evl.li/mch2022/merged/{0}/{1}/{2}.png''' as your URL, with a min zoom of 11 and max of 21. It is then your choice to use as an overlay or as the actual map source via the same configuration menu.
