Hi all,

The next MCH orga meet will happen, but in a new location at the AwesomeSpace in Utrecht.

When we get together, some general anti-viral precautions are in effect [1]. This includes more frequent washing of hands, not shaking hands (etc), coughing inside your elbow and using disposable towels.

If you don't feel well, have a runny nose or other (mild) illness indications, please stay at home.

Of course I and some others will closely follow the RIVM instructions and guidelines. If their advice alters, and affects the meeting, it will be announced on the orga list and wiki. You can follow it too on the RIVM website [2].

Awesome Space, Marco Pololaan 8-10, 3526 GJ, Utrecht, The Netherlands

This venue is somewhat special, in that it can host 100+ people in smaller rooms, but the main room can hold ±35 people. Therefore the request is that per team about 1 person attends the central part, and the rest of the teams can just install themselves in one of the rooms of the space to collaborate on their plans. The central part of the meeting will not take too long and will focus mainly on the state of the orga and the next steps. Perhaps we can still fix a stream, so everyone can view the central part in different rooms :)
