This is an introductory hands-on workshop for understanding the universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART) protocol, and how you can interface with it. You will receive the theory on how the protocol works and you will solve a challenge analyzing the protocol.

Prerequisites: Your laptop

Software: PulseView, Putty (or Screen, minicom, etc)
