June 1st is our soft deadline. Pre-poduction of decoration should be finished by then.

Hard deadline is day 0 of the event.

  • Cost of 30 flowers is 850 euros with materials from action, budget was 4000, lower to 3000.
  • Commit 6(?) light ropes to the bridge.

  • 3 fences have been included in the Boels order
  • Needs someone to take care of this!

• Light Pillars (taraxacum)
  • Pascal has no time anymore to continue on this project.
  • Scaling this project has proven too difficult. We are going to kill it in favor of a new idea that Oliver and Hafnium came up with, Light Pillars 2.0

  • 3 fences ordered
  • Blocked. Waiting for map design.

  • Prototype made, looks cool. Will produce 120 pieces

  • Finished power supplies. Talk to someone about mounting the lights in the fixtures with rivets next month.

  • polyfloyd will jettison. Needs a new team member to pick this up or it will be cancelled.
