Vacancies

No vacancies at the moment. We'll need volunteers (see below) when the event draws closer.

Supplies

The preliminary list, used for budgeting, is available here

Timeline

Team SpeakerDesk is mainly needed right before and during the event to ensure a smooth experience for the speakers. This means that team SpeakerDesk will not need to come into action before January.

However, a representative of team SpeakerDesk attends team Content's regular meetings to stay connected.

Speaker Reimbursement Form

About the amount of volunteers aka angels needed during the event

This number depends on the amount of speakers (which depends on the cfp's and amount of stages) that will be present during the event. These numbers will likely be available in May.

Based on previous experience we'd ideally need to have 6 hours slots and would like to have at least 6 volunteers with each volunteer taking 2-4 slots over the course of the event.
