Deco meet with Polyfloyd and Moem
The goal of this meeting is to keep in the organising flow as team leads.

Status of project: Addressable Light Flowers
The location on the current map (https://wiki.mch2021.org/images/d/d0/DECOmap01.png, "green light rope") is not suitable because it will be too far away from the main routes and occluded by tents and vegetation. Where should we put them?
We would like to figure this out on a visit to the camp site.
Camp Site Visit
Moem and Polyfloyd will visit the camp site. Other team members can join as well, but due to social distancing car pooling will be discouraged. Attendance is not mandatory.
Goals of the visit:
- Find location for the Addressable Light Flowers
- Find location for the Entrance Gate
- Find location for the Tarp Sculpture
- Photograph suitable locations for other projects
- Photograph trees! Besides the main road, the big ones on the field and near the Nuldernauw.

Terrain planning! Where should things go?
- Backoffice tent: At a somewhat central location. Does not need to be a road where visitors are, but accessible by golfcart sized vehicles is required
- Entrance Gate: We will make a proposal, but is of course subject to wherever people will enter/exit the terrain.
