Design

Moem: nice direction, I like it.

The generated hexagonal design is very suitable to apply as leafs, flowers and butterflies. The lack of gradients and the of straight lines make it easy to apply as paint. We could use lasercut stencils and masking tape.

Design communication

Govert: I feel that our ideas for the design were not heeded by the design team, perhaps there was some sort of miscommunication? It was my understanding that the process to come up with the event design was a colaborative effort between Design and Deco.

Polyfloyd: The design team is ultimately responsible for the design of the event, Deco and other teams incorporate this design.

Peter's idea

Peter: I was talking to someone from Team Badge and they are building some location system based on NFC tags or WiFi AP triangulation. If they we have a means to tell how populated which areas are, we could e.g. make the lighting reflect this situation.

Govert: Location aware badges are a stretch goal.

This is something that could be worked into indiviual projects, peter will be responsible for the communication and implementation.
