Budget

Budget of SHA2017 = € 34000. Asserting 2% inflation over 5 years is ~37500 EUR. The event will scale up from 3650 to 6000 people. Scaling our budget linearly to this number of people yields about 62000 EUR.

Thema

Our theme is plants and flowers, styled to the caleidoscopic patterns of the design generator: https://mch2022.org/design/, taking the color scheme and technical patterns such as circuit traces.

Building Locations

We need locations at which we can prepare our decoratie pieces before they are shipped to the terrain.

polyfloyd: Has a storage unit and private space that could be used to do preparation work. 1st floor but with elevator. This space is about 2m² and available for 6 months leading up to the event
SA007: Is renting a workshop in Wijchen which we might be able to use. Please ask. Storage space is ??? m²
Moem has some space to work at home + about 3m² of storage space.
Hack42 is probably available again by that time
Dennis, aqcuitance of Hoxolotl, has outdoor storage space that might be available to us. Up to 60 m²
