Polyfloyd has entered several things into a spreadsheet and it looks over budget, we may need to cull. Steven has not been reachable.

SA007 asks whether his lights are included in the budget on the wiki. No they are not. Estimate 5€ pp, 80 pcs for controllers for project addressable wifi lights (by SA007) Polyfloyd adds it to the wiki

Hoxolotl talks about the possible terrain that he could rent for working on the dragon project. Probably for 1 month ahead of the event. There is a workshop available. He will hear more after tomorrow.

Budget for signage: do we need to increase? Would be good, so we can make more of them. Better visibility would be good.

Budget for gate is set.

Budget for light flowers can be set and we will make of it what we can.

Lennyface project uses leftovers. Tubes can be colored this time, 500 e should be plenty.

Light pillars are one of the most expensive items on the budget but very eyecatching and reusable.

Datenklo wrapper depends on the price of fabric which is not looking good. We will probably need to drop this.

Flags could be made from the fabric. Or fabricated in China.

PhilMcFly asked about phone booths but they aren't responsive so we will drop it.

The budget looks a bit on the heavy side so far.

We will need to have our plans finalized a month before the event. The last week is for assembly and finishing touches. If we have a lot of volunteers, we can build on existing projects to make them bigger/better.
