- no money can be spent yet despite what was previously expected
- When we get some, we can spend up to 5000 max. Less is better
- We will hear this at the next breakpoint end feb
- We have around 43 weekend days to work. Please keep that in mind when deciding on projects. Try to pace yourself accordingly.
- This is a year with limited time and budget.
- As soon as budget arrives, we should order stuff for light pillars.
- High prio: signage. After that: gate, MCH letters. Order wood end feb.
- For now: if there is time to spend, spend it on documentation. Plan ahead. Fill the wiki.
- Hoxolotl can afford to take a gamble to spend money for some materials.
- SA's cherry picker is most likely available. Transport costs 600E.
- Moem has a robot. There´s not much in it.

Next meeting in two weeks. That's feb 9th. Or we might pick a different date.
