LifeCycleManager is expanded to cover the ESP32.
It already exists for a long time for ESP8266 and works well.
This is about discussing/coding to create the boot loader like rboot4lcm does for the ESP8266.
Also, discuss attackvectors and if LCM can resist!
At a specific time slot <TBD> interested people will be welcome to discuss this.
Other moments might also be OK,but maybe I am not around.
