Howto: Prepare

Preparation is happening in Wijchen, should be finished before shipping it to the event.

Howto: Buildup

• Is is currently stored in Wijchen, it is about one pallet, lots if other stuff stored there.
• TODO: Should Team Logistics be involved in moving the project to the event site?
• TODO: How many volunteers are required?
• TODO: Per light is not much more than placing it on site and plugging it in, extension cords is the most work.
• TODO: Provide instructions on how to set up the installation on the event site.
