Should a customer request to top up an existing gift card (they might have received plastic cards with the barcode which they want to keep using, for example), you can do so.
To get started, tap on the Gift card button on the bottom left of the screen and scan the gift card.
The next screen will show you the remaining balance on the card (if any) and give you the option to top up the card.
Enter the desired amount and confirm.
Please note that while you can sell multiple prepaid vouchers/gift cards in one single transaction, you can only sell a single top up at a time.
Topups are - as the sale of a regular prepaid voucher/gift card - only possible by means of cash payment.
