You can find a lot of pizza dough recipes online, but which one makes your pizza dough nicely thin and crispy? This one will! Follow this recipe to get you serving some pizza in an instant.

The time it will take: Time needed to create the dough: 20 minutes. Time needed for the dough to rise: 4 hours.

The ingredients that are needed for 3 pizzas: • 500 gram flour (00 flour). • 10 gram salt. • 2 gram active dried yeast. • 300 ml lukewarm water (not too warm, otherwise it will destroy the yeast).

How to make the pizza dough: 1. Grab yourself a nice big bowl to put all the ingredients in. 2. Put the water in the bowl and dissolve the salt in it. 3. Add around 50 gram of flour and mix it until it is dissolved. 4. Now it is time to add the yeast. 5. Then add the rest of 450 gram flour. 6. Finally we can start kneading the dough for about 10 minutes. Make it feel smooth and elastic. 7. Place the dough in a bowl and make sure to cover it. 8. Let the pizza dough rise for 2 hours in a warm draft free area, preferably at room temperature (around 20 degrees Celsius). 9. Make 3 balls of your dough. 10. Let the dough balls rise again for 2 (or some more) hours.

It is time to make pizza!
