| New name of the event | Fix The World |
| What is the (deeper) message the name tries to convey | Why are we hacking? We are hacking to make a better world. We know how to reverse engineer the world around us, apply our hacking skills and put together a better world. The name breaths urgency and cooperation. It has a positive vibe: we can make the world a better place!
Of course, the prerequisite of having an 'H' in the name is nonsense. We can do better than that. We can .. FIX THE WORLD! |
| Related Keywords / synonyms | Improvement, progress, cooperation, hacking, action, here and now, together, world |
| Acronym | FTW |
| What is the (deeper) message the acronym tries to convey | A pun on WTF, obviously. But not "WTF?" It's not a question, it's FTW! A call to action.
The acronym is not easy to pronounce. The full name is easier to pronounce. So this will have a positive effect on the actual motto being propagated. |
| What concepts or ideas bind these elements (name, acronym, mood board) | Standing still for a second in wonderment. The acronym is not what it seems. The world is not what it could be. Fix it! |
