2021-10-22 Maja received feedback by phone and the following recap by email from Stimuleringsfonds:
It is good to talk to you about the application for MCH2022.
You specifically request an amount for the speakers, but in the proposal it is not made clear who these speakers are and how the amount of 24,500 is built up. I can give you the opportunity to send me a new budget in which the requested amount of 24,500 is specified (and in which an explanation of fair practice is also given). However, I cannot give you the opportunity to submit a new project plan with new information about the speakers. Allowing new substantive information in a single case may put other applicants at a disadvantage and thus violate the principle of equality.
It is, of course, an important part of the application that is now missing, so it will be difficult for the committee to make a judgment on it and to give the board advice on it. If you do have more information in January (information on the content of the speakers and their motivation, who has been promised/reservedly invited), I would advise you to submit an application to the digital culture scheme and to withdraw your application to the festivals and presentations scheme.
I would like to hear from you before Wednesday.
We withdrew yesterday so we need to adjust the submission to have a higher possibility of being accepted in January, the new January date is not known yet. It's important to contact high profile speakers before January in order to increase the posibility of acceptance.

- We sent a mail to every speaker who hasn't indicated that he wants to be on MCH2022 as well.
- 23 (yes, 23, really 23, I'm not making this up) speakers have confirmed that.

No answer from Team:Terrain yet, though some stuff we need to order ourselves, apparently
Tents need to be dark enough and/or projectors good enough so they are usable.
