Team size and health

We have a new team member: Nicolas. He introduced himself.

Do we still want to look for one more team Content member? A better gender balance would be nice. We will approach people [Jos: done, Walter]. Add a potential vacancy on the wiki [Robin: done]


The grant application that we submitted is officially accepted.

We can expect a decision no later than ten weeks after 19-01-2022. If there is a delay, we will be informed.


Do we still want a "theme" for the event? Claudia will post the quest for a Theme in the Signal group [Claudia]

Current proposals (rather than speakers) are not diverse enough.

Schedule output

  • How does the output look like? [Erik]
  • Does it look good on mobile? Is it responsive, mobile app etc. [Erik]
  • We like to have something so that the audiance can vote again [Erik]

  • Any features that we miss or are in the works?
