This page is part of the Team:Family of MCH2022. Feel free to look around.
MCH2022 is a "DIY" hacker event, organized by volunteers and everyone who visits. If you want to help and make the FamilyZone awesome, please join the team or organize a project. If you want to help at the event, please participate as an angel.
User:Netsmurf recommended that we arrange for a Kids DJ party at the main tent. While looking for a DJ, Bjorn suggested on the [Family] mailling list that the _kids_ should be the DJs! Because we only have 2 hours in the main tent, we may do a second event at the Family field, or again in the main party tent
- Kids should be given a chance to be the DJ - show them how to make a transition between songs
- Kids will probably need to sign up in a FIFO buffer (2 songs each?)
Dependencies
- Coordinate with the Music team to reserve some time in the family tent
- Make sure that the Music team leaves us some 3.5mm connections to the mixer and gives a gentle introduction
Materials required
- recommend to bring some USB-C and Lightning to 3.5mm adapters
- Depending on the location of the mixer, we may want to use a DJ Controller on-stage (Suggestion from Jarno)
